SmartPort is de kennishub van de Rotterdamse haven. Wij zijn een non-profit samenwerkingsverband van het Havenbedrijf Rotterdam, Deltalinqs, TNO, Deltares, MARIN, TU Delft, de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam en de Gemeente Rotterdam. Ons doel is het versnellen van innovaties om de Rotterdamse haven toekomstbestendig te houden en samen de slimste haven ter wereld te vormen in 2030-2050+. Dit doen wij door allianties te ontwikkelen en stimuleren, we medefinancieren wetenschappelijk innovatief onderzoek en zorgen voor openbare kennisdisseminatie. SmartPort werkt vraag –en visiegestuurd op de lange termijn (2030-2050) met acties in het nu. Daarbij is de kennis die SmartPort ophaalt vrij deelbaar.
