Smart Art + Craft Supplies is a Nashville thrift store and creative reuse center offering donated art and craft materials to artists, makers, teachers, and the wider community. By giving surplus supplies a second life, the organization helps keep thousands of pounds of materials out of landfills while making creative resources more affordable. Its work centers on three goals: employ, reuse, and create.

Smart Art + Craft provides job training and paid sales associate roles for adults with intellectual disabilities, who help process donations, stock and clean the store, and assist customers. The store also welcomes donations of leftover creative materials, connecting people who have supplies to those who can use them. Customers can shop for materials or take part in affordable classes designed to encourage learning and creativity.

Smart Art + Craft benefits Progress, Inc., a local nonprofit serving adults with intellectual disabilities. In addition to shopping and classes, visitors can support the mission by donating money or supplies, volunteering, and purchasing gift cards
