Smart Beginnings Of Oswego

Smart Beginnings Academy is a physician-founded early childhood education and childcare provider serving families in Oswego and Aurora, Illinois. Co-founded by Dr. Roy Lingam and Dr. Cindy Magas, the academy describes its approach as research-driven and focused on each child’s individual learning needs, health, and development.
