Smart Coaching 73 is the coaching and mental-training practice of Robert Unger, supporting people who want greater professional satisfaction, personal growth and progress toward meaningful goals. Its work is based on the belief that clients already have the potential to find solutions, and that coaching can help them discover and apply it. Sessions begin by defining a clear, achievable and time-bound goal, then focus on making decisions in line with the client’s values and taking practical steps forward.
A key service is “Frust Job – Lust Job,” which helps people explore sources of dissatisfaction at work and pursue a more fulfilling career. Smart Coaching 73 also offers support for overcoming procrastination and working with the “inner Schweinehund,” using a four-step approach to help clients move toward their goals.
