Smart Manufacturing Week

Smart Manufacturing Week is a UK event for advanced manufacturing and engineering, bringing together manufacturers, engineers, technology providers and industry leaders to explore the future of the sector. Returning to NEC Birmingham on 9–10 June 2027, its sixth edition focuses on how production has evolved and on technologies and ideas shaping what comes next.

The event features several specialist shows, including Smart Factory Expo, Maintec, Design + Engineering Expo and Drives + Controls, alongside a high-level summit and opportunities for industry networking. Visitors can explore hardware, software and integrated solutions, watch live demonstrations, attend expert-led sessions and learn from peers. Topics include digital manufacturing, robotics and automation, maintenance, design engineering, industrial AI, connected factories and digital twins.

Smart Manufacturing Week aims to help organisations compare technologies, address operational challenges and make informed investment decisions.
