About Smart Square Project
Smart Square is a brand dedicated to developing smart tools for intelligent buildings in Europe. With a focus on enhancing the intelligence of buildings, Smart Square aims to provide tools and applications that support the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) scheme. The project involves a consortium of 10 partners across 8 countries, working on 6 pilot buildings, including well-known locations like the European University of Cyprus Campus and Akamas Bay Village Hotel Group.
Smart Square's goal is to establish a cloud-based open platform for assessing building intelligence, available in all 24 EU languages. The brand also includes the SRI Observatory, a hub monitoring SRI developments, and the SRI Virtual Training Centre for SRI Auditors.
