About Smartwork NGO
Targa Töö Ühing is a non-profit organization in Estonia with nearly 15 years of experience in collecting and sharing expertise on implementing and utilizing flexible work methods. Their activities are divided into three main areas:
1. Support for organizations: Through training and consulting, they help organizations explore opportunities for promoting flexible work methods. They also annually award the Remote Work Performer badge to support organizations in their reputation management.
2. Training for individuals: In collaboration with partners, they conduct training programs for individuals, focusing on virtual team collaboration and digital topics. One of their recent major projects in this field is the "Work In Tech" program.
3. Research and projects: They engage in international and local studies and projects related to flexible work methods, participating in initiatives such as the Erasmus+ KA1-3 program and surveys commissioned by the Employers' Confederation on Remote Work.
