About SME Intelligence
SME Intelligence is a technology consulting firm that helps organizations get more value from their artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) investments. Its senior subject-matter experts extend existing teams or provide support in place of a full-time hire, with a focus on cost control, safe AI adoption, and practical deployment across teams.
The firm offers three main services. Cost Intelligence provides visibility, governance, and optimization for AI, cloud, and SaaS spending. Workspace Intelligence implements and manages a shared AI workspace for teams through Flospace. AI Deployment helps organizations roll out AI providers across their environments with governance built in. Engagements begin with an assessment, after which SME Intelligence scopes the projects or ongoing services a client needs, avoiding unnecessary extras.
The firm is led by co-founders Colby Buchanan, Ben MacGillivray, and Luke Myers, whose roles span delivery, sales, and product.
