About SMHA
The Selangor Mental Health Association (SMHA) is a dedicated organization based in Serendah, Selangor, focused on enhancing mental health awareness and well-being within the community. Established with the vision of promoting mental health as a vital component of overall societal health, SMHA conducts various programs aimed at educating the public and supporting mental wellness initiatives.
SMHA's recent activities include the successful Mental Health Awareness event held at Taman Serendah Makmur, featuring interactive talks, psychological games, and health screenings. The event showcased the association's commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals of all ages, collaborating with local organizations like the Pusat Khidmat Rakyat Penyelaras DUN Batang Kali, SP Care Group, and Pusat Pemulihan Psikologi & Emosi Eve.
