About SMIAF
Smiaf, or the San Marino International Arts Festival, is not just a festival but so much more. It is a space of freedom, expression, ideas, passion, collaboration, sharing, and innovation. This international showcase connects artists and citizens, promoting culture, art, and creativity in the oldest Republic in the world.
Every year, the San Marino International Arts Festival enlivens the historic center of San Marino with dozens of musical shows, concerts, installations, performances, street artists, DJ sets, and educational workshops. Their goal is to create a network of talents, supporting each other in promoting various performing arts. In partnership with MARLU', a Sammarinese company, SMIAF pursues this objective by offering three Marlù Awards during the festival.
These scholarships reward meritorious performing disciplines with financial support to help realize their dreams.
