Smile and Shine childminding

Smile n Shine is a Sunshine Coast care service led by Deb Bailey, offering child minding and NDIS support with a focus on reliable, honest and nurturing care. Deb’s approach centres on recognising each person’s individual qualities and creating a safe, supportive environment where children and adults can express themselves and develop their potential.

The child-minding service provides local and resort care, with bookings available regularly or for special occasions. A minimum booking of three hours applies, and overnight rates are available. Care may include age-appropriate activities, play, reading, homework supervision and help with children’s routines, depending on each family’s needs.

Through its NDIS support services, Smile n Shine assists children, young people and adults who need support at home or in the community. The service aims to help clients navigate everyday activities and independent living, working closely with individuals and families to provide suitable care. Client feedback highlights Deb’s attentive, creative and dependable approach, and the trusted relationships she builds with families across the Sunshine Coast.
