Smilestones

Smilestones offers group exercise classes designed by physiotherapists for parents and their babies. Its programs combine purposeful play with age-specific movement activities to support babies as they develop foundational physical skills. Classes are grouped by developmental stage: Rollers, for babies aged three months and up, explore milestones such as rolling and sitting balance; Crawlers, for babies aged six to 13 months, focus on skills including sitting transitions, dynamic sitting and the foundations for crawling; and Walkers, for babies aged nine to 20 months, work on cruising, pulling to stand and standing balance.

Smilestones aims to help parents understand how play can support their child’s development, while offering a fun, relaxed setting for shared activities. Parent feedback highlights the opportunity to learn development-supportive ways to play, observe babies building skills and meet other families. The website provides information about classes, term dates and fees, and what to expect in a session, alongside contact details and an option to book.
