Smongle is an Austrian-developed energy technology brand offering a plug-and-play ecosystem designed to help households and energy communities use available electricity more effectively. Its central service, Smongle CloudEMS, monitors household power and energy-community data to automatically coordinate compatible devices, including when surplus electricity is available. Updates are made at 15-minute intervals, and users can manage settings through the Smongle app, choosing between ready-to-use configurations and more detailed controls.

The ecosystem includes the Smongle smart meter display, app, Commander, Show, Plug, Buddy and Interface. Designed to work together over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, the devices are intended for straightforward setup without an electrician or changes to a home’s electrical cabinet. An internet connection is required for CloudEMS calculations, while devices can continue using available information during a temporary outage.
