Takuya Saeki, a native of Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, began his career as a designer after graduating from a design school in 2002. He has worked at advertising and design companies before joining KDDI Web Communications in 2005, where he served as an in-house designer and director.

During his time there, he was responsible for creating promotional materials for their own services such as CPI (rental server) and ZINDEE (online website builder), including brochures, leaflets, and campaign webpages and banners. In 2012, Takuya Saeki ventured out as a freelancer and has since excelled in conceptualization, planning, service design, and overall design direction. With a passion for the internet, he can provide expertise in internet-related projects, new business ventures, and startup initiatives.

The smooth and friendly™ design Tokyo brand collaborates with a team of talented designers and technical partners to deliver high-quality work. Shinjiro Yamaguchi, a web and graphic designer from Kawaguchi, Saitama, specializes in creating compositions based on time and actions using various instruments, including guitar and audio mixers. Kailene Falls, an illustrator and graphic designer from Minnesota, USA, offers her skills in designing and creating illustrations for major companies such as Meiji, Kewpie, Mitsui Norin, and Niku no Hanamasa.

Also in the smooth and friendly team is Ayako Ashizawa, an assistant designer from Meguro, Tokyo. After taking a break to focus on raising a child, she returned to the web design industry as a freelancer, specializing in website creation, coding, and WordPress development. He has extensive experience in web production and coding gained from working at advertising production companies and an online magazine company in Shanghai, China. Shigeo Tsukamoto, a coder and WordPress developer from Tokorozawa, Saitama, is highly skilled in constructing and customizing websites using WordPress.
