Snaz Designs is a renovation and outdoor-living design studio serving homeowners and builder partners across South-East Queensland. Founded by Stacey, the studio combines design expertise with hands-on carpentry experience to create imaginative, construction-aware plans. Its focus is on making renovations work with existing structures, addressing practical constraints and connecting old and new elements through clear, buildable decisions.

For homeowners, Snaz Designs offers a Concept Design Sprint, a Renovation Design Package and a Premium Renovation Package. Services cover renovations and extensions, second-storey additions, decks and outdoor living, pool and deck design, and granny flats. Depending on the package, support can include spatial planning, building design, interior design, selections, visualisation and coordinated documentation.

The studio also partners with builders as an external design resource, providing concepts, client-ready presentations, 3D direction and construction-minded documentation to support sales and project delivery. Its process moves from discovering goals, site conditions, budget and opportunity through defining scope, developing concepts and delivering coordinated detail for approvals and construction.
