Snooze Clues

Snooze Clues is a newborn care and coaching service founded by Kristen, a certified pediatric sleep consultant, certified lactation counselor, and newborn care specialist. Drawing on her experience supporting more than 500 families, Kristen helps parents navigate conflicting advice and feel more confident during the newborn months. Her guidance is tailored to each baby and family, with a focus on infant feeding, sleep, and emotional support.

Services include the Newborn Blueprint Method, a 12-week program with live group coaching, introductory training, and ongoing support, as well as a 90-minute virtual consultation with a personalized feeding and sleep roadmap and follow-up call. Families can also explore the Snooze Clues Companion, which offers guidance when they need it, with a free five-day trial.
