Snowy River Goldens

Snowy River Goldens is a family-run Golden Retriever breeder in the Idaho Falls and Ammon area of Eastern Idaho. The business raises puppies with an emphasis on health, temperament, socialization, and responsible breeding. Its Golden Retrievers are AKC registered and receive OFA health screenings and comprehensive DNA testing through Embark. The breeding program uses Early Scent Introduction and Early Neurological Stimulation to support puppies’ development, then evaluates their temperaments and traits to help match each puppy with a suitable family.

Snowy River Goldens introduces prospective owners to its adult dogs, including show and field-bred Goldens, and shares information about current and upcoming litters. Families can apply to join the waitlist or reserve a future puppy, with applications currently open for 2027 litters. The breeder also helps families prepare to bring a puppy home and provides ongoing guidance and support after adoption. Located in Eastern Idaho, Snowy River Goldens welcomes inquiries by phone or email and offers scheduled business hours, with Sunday visits available by appointment.
