Heritage Treatment Foundation

Heritage Home Treatment Foundation is a non-profit, English-speaking addiction treatment centre in Quebec, located about an hour from Montreal. Accredited by the Ministry of Health and Social Services, it provides residential care in a small setting, welcoming up to 12 clients at a time to support individual attention and personalized treatment planning.

The centre treats drug and alcohol addiction alongside concurrent mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and ADD. Its approach combines evidence-based psychological and medical care, with individual and group therapy using methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy, rational emotive therapy, psychodynamic therapy and cognitive bias modification. Programs may also include medication, alternative treatments and natural medicine.

Heritage offers support for substance-related concerns including alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, heroin and prescription medications, as well as a methadone reduction program. Additional services include intervention support, family therapy and visits, and corporate services. Private rooms with bathrooms provide space for rest and privacy.
