Platform for Social Change is a national organization supporting the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine. Since 2013, the Platform has worked to strengthen the ecosystem around impact-driven businesses — helping social enterprises launch, grow, and become financially sustainable. The focus is practical: • acceleration programs and bootcamps • grant support and mentorship • impact-oriented business modeling • access to funding opportunities • cross-sector partnerships • ecosystem development at regional and national levels The Platform works with early-stage founders, growing social enterprises, schools, care service providers, local communities, EU partners, and civil society organizations.
