Sociale Visioner

Sociale Visioner provides supervision, specialist pedagogical guidance and consultancy for residential, day and other social-service settings supporting children, young people and adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. Its work focuses on strengthening wellbeing, professional practice and opportunities for participation, with the service user’s voice at the centre.

Drawing on extensive experience in the social sector, Britt brings a background as a pedagogue, specialist pedagogical consultant and narrative supervisor. She supports managers and staff in reflecting on complex situations and turning insights into practical actions. Services include individual and group supervision, guidance on complex cases, professional presentations, themed days, courses and support for implementing LA2 and LA2U. Private individuals can also book individual online conversations as a space for reflection.

Sociale Visioner addresses relationships and collaboration among service users, staff and relatives, and approaches challenging or outwardly directed behaviour as a possible coping strategy. By encouraging shared understanding, professional reflection and coordinated responses, the practice aims to develop workable solutions that support wellbeing for both service users and employees.
