Dostojno delo is a non-governmental organization known as the Movement for Decent Work and Welfare Society. They are an active member of the Slovenian civil society, working to bring about positive change in Slovenian labor politics. With a critical viewpoint, they not only identify the failures in current labor policies but also provide constructive suggestions for improvement.

Comprised of individuals from various backgrounds including students, employees, the unemployed, and the self-employed, Dostojno delo aims to combat the effects of precarity in communities and fight for liberation in the workplace. They advocate for fair working conditions and workers' rights, building upon the achievements of past labor activists while addressing emerging challenges such as atypical forms of employment. Founded in 2010 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Dostojno delo has successfully organized numerous public campaigns, round tables, and workshops focused on labor issues and unemployment.

They also educate the public about labor rights and share personal stories of precarious workers. Collaborating with union representatives, the organization actively organizes and supports workers to create a more just and dignified work environment
