I work with marketing professionals and service-based business owners who know something needs to change — even if they can’t yet name exactly what that is. Often, the business looks fine from the outside. But behind the scenes there’s pressure, uncertainty, or a growing sense that what once worked no longer fits. Decisions feel heavier. The cost of getting it wrong feels higher. That’s where my work sits. I provide 1:1 business strategy and mentoring for people navigating growth, change, or recalibration. My role is not to give you more tactics or tell you what to do, but to help you think clearly about what actually matters — and support you to make brave, aligned decisions when the stakes feel real. I believe business and life can’t be separated. Personal experiences, capacity, confidence, and energy all shape how a business grows. Ignoring that doesn’t make a business stronger — it usually slows it down. My work acknowledges the full picture, without losing strategic focus. Sometimes bravery looks like pausing, reflecting, and sitting with uncertainty until clarity arrives. Other times it looks like action — setting boundaries, changing direction, letting go of clients or offers, and backing yourself to move forward. I bring over a decade of experience across corporate leadership, talent development, digital marketing, and agency ownership. For five years, I built and led Social Renegades as a marketing agency working with professional service businesses across New Zealand and Australia, before intentionally shifting my focus toward mentoring and consulting. Today, I work exclusively in a strategy and decision-making capacity — supporting capable, experienced business owners who don’t need more noise, but value clear thinking, honest perspective, and steady support. I also host The Unbalanced CEO podcast, where we talk openly about leadership, responsibility, and the life that exists alongside business.
