Södergårds Terapi

Södergårds Terapistall is a small, welcoming therapeutic riding stable in the scenic village of Leksvall, Finland, about 7 kilometres from Ekenäs and 30 kilometres from Hangö. The organisation offers riding therapy and recreational riding for people who may need additional support. Its calm setting is adapted for visitors with disabilities, with aids, a ramp and alternative communication methods provided according to individual needs. The stable also lists occupational therapy among its services.

The business is operated by Elisabeth Mariani-Cerati, an occupational therapist, nurse and riding therapist. The stable’s six horses are trained for their work and are central to its activities. They live together in an open stable, where the team aims to support their wellbeing and natural herd life. Chickens and a family of rabbits also live on the premises, contributing to the farm’s friendly atmosphere.

Södergårds Terapistall is part of Södergårds Terapi & Utbildning Ab and provides information for visitors, including safety rules and answers to frequently asked questions.
