About Sofia Game Jam
Sofia Game Jam is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering a welcoming and creative gaming industry in Bulgaria. Our team, comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds in game development, film, and design, actively works to support the talent and creativity of those involved in the sector. Since 2014, we have organized 24 events, engaging over 4,000 participants and producing 150+ games.
Our efforts include hosting hackathons, free talks, and a Game Dev Conference to promote networking and skill development within the community. Moving forward, our goal is to compile comprehensive insights into the Bulgarian video game industry to enhance its presence on the European stage.
