Sofia Helsinki

Brand: Sofia Helsinki

Sofia Helsinki is a renowned establishment where you can experience traditional crayfish parties in a captivating atmosphere. The centerpiece of these parties is the exquisite freshwater crayfish, locally known as täplärapu. These delectable crustaceans measure 11-12 cm and are available at an affordable price of 7 € per piece. We recommend starting with 4-7 crayfish as an appetizer, followed by 8-14 for the main course. Served alongside the crayfish are delicious accompaniments such as toasted bread, dill, and butter.

In addition to the crayfish, Sofia Helsinki offers two enticing party packages. The first package showcases a scrumptious assortment of delicacies, making the crayfish the appetizer. The main course includes grilled Arctic char, seasonal vegetables, and a rich brown butter-tomato vinaigrette. For dessert, indulge in Sofia's mouthwatering apple pie with vanilla foam and meringue. This option is priced at 83 € per person.

The second package focuses on the crayfish as the main course. It begins with a tantalizing starter, either salmon carpaccio with tarragon mayonnaise or Onion Tarte Tatin with roasted Jerusalem artichoke and caramel vinaigrette. The dessert remains the same as the first package. This option is priced at 110 € per person.

To enhance your dining experience, Sofia Helsinki offers a selection of recommended beverages, ranging from sparkling wines and champagnes to white and red wines.

Come and join us at Sofia Helsinki, conveniently located on Sofiankatu 4 C, Helsinki, for an unforgettable crayfish celebration!
