Sofia is an online learning environment made by Acco Learn and iO, designed to help educators create, share and manage digital study experiences. Its tools support the creation of multimedia and interactive learning materials in a user-friendly way, giving teachers a practical space to prepare content for their students. Educators can share their materials with students and follow each learner’s progress, helping them keep track of learning journeys within the platform.

Sofia brings these activities together through a service organized around creating, teaching and learning. The platform provides account access through an email and password login, with an option to keep users signed in. It is intended for use on digital devices, and the site recommends rotating a tablet or smartphone to landscape orientation for the full Sofia experience.

Sofia also provides access to its terms of use and privacy policy, cookie settings, and contact information through Acco. By combining content creation, distribution and progress tracking, Sofia supports a connected approach to teaching and learning online
