Voiceflex

SogeaVoice is a voice communications service provided by Voiceflex, a UK carrier serving the IT and communications market. Designed as a direct replacement for a traditional telephone line, it uses Voice over IP (VoIP) to help businesses and other users continue making and receiving calls as analogue PSTN and ISDN services are phased out. It can be used alongside SoGEA broadband, which provides internet access without requiring a conventional phone line.

Customers can port an existing telephone number or request a new one. SogeaVoice offers call-quality and reliability features, including caller display, call diversion, call waiting, voicemail, anonymous call rejection, call barring and the ability to answer calls on up to three devices. Settings can be managed through a web portal or mobile app. Call recording is also described, with some functions identified as planned features.

The service is intended for organisations that rely on landline calls, including those handling customer enquiries, orders or reservations, or using phone-line-connected alarms.
