These services include Centers de Santé (Health Centers), providing nursing care either at home or at their 11 centers; SSIAD (Service de Soins Infirmiers À Domicile), offering home care services for individuals over 60 or those with disabilities; ESA (Équipe Spécialisée Alzheimer), specializing in the care and rehabilitation of individuals with Alzheimer's disease in their own homes; Éducation Thérapeutique & Prévention, which offers individual and group educational programs on health and prevention; and Animation Aide aux Aidants, providing support and assistance to caregivers.
