RyMed is a staffing agency specializing in replacement personnel for childcare centres (CPEs), private daycares, and coordinating offices in Montréal, Laval, the North Shore, and the South Shore. The agency supplies qualified and non-qualified educators, assistant educators, specialized educators (TES), cooks, and assistant cooks to help childcare providers maintain services and support children’s well-being.

RyMed offers replacement support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including for urgent, last-minute absences. Its recruitment process includes checks of relevant qualifications, references, and required documents. Educator credentials may include recognized early childhood training, pediatric first aid and severe-allergy training, and an attestation confirming the absence of relevant impediments. Food-service staff are selected for childcare experience and knowledge of food allergies and hygiene and safety standards.
