Prosto ze Wsi is a family-run farm and artisan food producer based in Skała, in the Trzebnica Hills of Lower Silesia, Poland. The farm focuses on raspberries, grown with respect for nature and picked by hand. Fresh fruit is processed on the day of harvest in the farm’s own small-scale facility, alongside fruit sourced from trusted local growers.
The brand specialises in fruit purées, also described as pulp-rich juices, which retain the fruit flesh while removing the seeds. Its products are made from fresh fruit without preservatives or artificial additives and are gently pasteurised at 80°C. The range includes unsweetened and lightly sweetened fruit purées, pressed juices, syrups, honey-based syrups, jams and preserves, live vinegars, oxymel and honey. Production takes place during the summer harvest, so quantities are limited.
Prosto ze Wsi sells its products through an online shop and directly to customers. Its raspberry purée has received a gold medal at Natura Food 2019 and recognition at World Food Poland 2019.
