About Hungarian Business Leaders Forum
European Diversity Charter Hungary is the exclusive partner of the European Union Diversity Charter in Hungary. Founded on October 18th, 2018, it aims to promote the creation of diverse workplaces. A total of 42 companies and the Mexican Embassy committed to being signatories or re-signatories of the European Union Diversity Charter Hungary.
By signing the Charter, companies voluntarily pledge to respect equal treatment and take concrete steps to establish a diverse organizational culture. They place great emphasis on maintaining diversity in their management and ensure that it is reflected in their strategy and all aspects of human resources processes. The HR Fest, supported by Shell, hosted the ceremonial signing.
The Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF), in collaboration with the mtd Consulting Community, represents the initiative, enjoying support from both the European Union and the Hungarian government. Apart from the companies that have already signed the Charter, new signatories this year include Citi Hungary, IKEA, LeasePlan, Morgan Stanley, and Telenor Hungary. They have decided to focus on values and skills, recognizing the key importance of a diverse workforce.
