Sola Karateklubb is a karate club in Sola, Norway, offering traditional, “old school” karate as a branch of the Japan Karate Association. Re-established in 2013, the club held its activities at Solahallen until 2017, when it moved to Stangelandssenteret in central Sola. Its programme includes karate training for members and a beginner course for people new to the practice.
The club publishes training times and schedules, and provides information about grading, dojo etiquette, insurance, and membership. Its website also features kata and lunch, instructor profiles, and details about club events. Sensei Anh Le Phan Thai and Annett Eriksen Hoch are identified as instructors.
Members and visitors can find information about the dojo and contact the club through its site. Sola Karateklubb also provides access to a web shop, including information about a club tracksuit, and links to the JKA shop and JKA Norway. The club shares resources on karate history, karate-do philosophy, dojo principles, and club rules
