About SolarStates
Solar States is a brand that was founded in 2008 with a dual mission: to install solar and educate the next generation of solar installers. Based in Philadelphia, PA, Solar States serves as the on-ramp for inner-city residents seeking jobs in the solar industry. They have completed over 800 solar projects for both residential and commercial clients, including prestigious institutions like the Community College of Philadelphia and Swarthmore College.
In addition to their installations, Solar States offers a range of products and services, including residential and commercial solar solutions, powerwalls, rooftop canopies, EV chargers, and carports. They also provide comprehensive education programs, free curriculum, and interviews on their Yooo Sun!!! podcast. Solar States actively supports and participates in community initiatives such as the Solarize Campaigns, the Gone Solar Club, and the Hunting Park Initiative.
With Solar States, you have the opportunity to go solar while making a positive impact on the environment and empowering your community. Contact them today to get a solar quote and learn more about their services
