Solaris Casa de Repouso

Solaris Casa de Repouso is a private, licensed residential care home in São Julião do Tojal, Loures, about a 10-minute journey from Lisbon. Established more than 20 years ago, it provides temporary and permanent accommodation for older adults in a welcoming setting designed to support active ageing, safety and quality of life. Modern facilities, green spaces and a family-style environment are complemented by a qualified team offering personalised, ongoing assistance to residents and support for their families.

Services include accommodation, meals tailored to individual needs, personal care, laundry, housekeeping, heating and air conditioning, routine medical assistance and nursing care. Residents can also access physiotherapy, massage, social and cultural activities, and programmes intended to maintain or rehabilitate psychomotor abilities. Additional services are available, including specialist medical consultations, medicines and care supplies, transport, accompaniment outside the home, and hairdressing, pedicure and manicure services. Solaris aims to help each resident feel at home while receiving care suited to their needs. Visitation is available daily, from Monday to Sunday, between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m.
