Soluciones especializadas en Desarrollo Humano

SolDH is a human resources consulting firm based in Mexico City, serving organizations nationally and internationally. Operating since 2014, the firm helps businesses make informed decisions about talent, compensation, workplace conditions, and compliance through independent consulting services and practical, documented deliverables.

Its talent services include executive search and full-cycle recruitment and selection, supported by competency-based interviews and role-specific psychometric assessments. SolDH also verifies employment references and prepares socioeconomic studies for candidates and current employees. For workforce planning, it conducts salary and benefits surveys by role, industry, and region; evaluates positions using its PELMINA methodology; and documents job responsibilities, indicators, and competencies.

The firm’s compliance services address Mexico’s NOM-035 requirements for psychosocial risk and NOM-037 requirements for telework, including assessments, policies, action plans, training, and supporting documentation. SolDH works across sectors such as technology, education, construction, manufacturing, finance, logistics, and tourism. Clients can request individual services without committing to an annual program, and the company provides a calculator to help estimate the cost of employee turnover.
