Sole Wohlfühlraum

Sole Wohlfühlraum is a family and women’s wellbeing practice founded by Daniela Höfer, a certified Hypnobirthing and babySignal course leader, communications specialist, actress, and dance and movement trainer. The name “Sole” means “sun” in Italian and reflects the warmth, ease, and joy at the heart of her work. Daniela supports women, couples, and families through important life stages, with a focus on connection, confidence, and self-care.

Her offerings include Hypnobirthing courses to help prepare for pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period; babySignal classes that use signs to support communication between babies, toddlers, and their families; and systemically informed baby massage. She also leads autogenic training and mindfulness activities for children and adults, as well as women’s circles centred on resilience, self-care, and community. For children, the practice offers “Starke Kids,” while dance and theatre activities encourage joy, body awareness, and self-confidence. Drawing on her experience as a mother of four, Daniela creates welcoming spaces where participants can build skills, feel supported, and strengthen their connection with themselves and one another.
