SOLECTRUS

SOLECTRUS is an open-source photovoltaic dashboard designed to help solar system owners understand how their installation performs. It brings information about energy generation, household consumption, costs, and savings together in a clear interface, with live readings and long-term analysis. The platform also offers photovoltaic forecasts and support for heat pump-related use.

Users can run SOLECTRUS independently or connect it with a smart-home setup through integrations including SENEC, Shelly, MQTT, Home Assistant, ioBroker, and evcc. It is self-hosted using Docker and can run on a local server, cloud VPS, NAS, or Raspberry Pi, allowing users to keep their data on their own hardware. The project is built with Ruby on Rails and InfluxDB, and its source code is available on GitHub.

SOLECTRUS provides a demo, installation guidance, and documentation to help users get started. A configuration assistant is also referenced by users as support for setup. With a mobile-friendly interface and options for different hosting environments, the dashboard offers a flexible way to monitor and explore solar energy data.
