Solheure

Solheure is a bar, restaurant and lounge on the banks of the Aare in Solothurn, offering a relaxed setting for dining, drinks, events and work. Its riverside garden and distinctive interiors provide a welcoming backdrop for everything from a casual lunch to a private celebration or business seminar.

The kitchen serves fresh, changing weekly lunch menus, homemade burgers, salads, snacks and afternoon treats such as cakes, cookies and sablés. Guests can also enjoy apéro platters, wraps, crispy flammkuchen and cocktails. Seasonal and special offerings include a riverside fondue chalet featuring cheese fondue, bread and traditional accompaniments. Brunch is another part of the experience.

Solheure hosts a varied programme, including open-air concerts, pub quizzes, fitness-and-brunch sessions, themed dining and Eat the Film evenings pairing selected movies with a multi-course menu. Its versatile spaces accommodate meetings, seminars, events and celebrations, with the Aare-side location offering room for a refreshing break. Visitors can reserve tables, book the fondue chalet, explore events or purchase gift vouchers.
