Solid Stash is a Belgian food brand making convenient, home-cooked-style meals for people who want satisfying food without the everyday dinner rush. Prepared by hand in its workshop in Kortrijk, the dishes use real ingredients, are freshly cooked and then frozen to preserve them for up to six months. All meals are 100% plant-based, and the brand uses biodegradable packaging.

Customers can choose from more than 25 dishes, including main courses, side dishes, soups, snacks and sweets. The menu features comfort-food favourites and globally inspired options such as lasagna, Belgian-style stew, coconut dhal, pumpkin soup and chocolate chip cookies. Solid Stash also offers gluten-free choices, meal bundles, gift cards and postpartum meal packs.

Orders can be placed whenever customers like, with no subscription or ongoing commitment. Frozen meals are delivered to homes throughout Belgium four times a week, using temperature-controlled refrigerated trucks; customers can also collect orders free of charge from the Kortrijk workshop. Meals are ready in minutes: simply heat and serve.
