Solidarité Paysans is an organization dedicated to supporting and defending struggling farming families, preserving employment, and providing solidarity to overcome difficulties. They have created a network of farmers to accompany and advocate for families facing economic, technical, legal, and social challenges in their agricultural operations. Through the passage of Solidarité Paysans, many reassessments have led to aligning practices with their values, resulting in a diverse farm with organic crops and livestock.

This includes dairy sheep, beef cattle, as well as some pigs and Breton draft horses living in synergy on the farm. This multiplicity of productions is necessary to best utilize the varying agronomic quality of the land. The goal is to achieve food autonomy and value-added direct sales.

However, facing numerous difficulties, such as stigma and lack of support from industry actors like banks and cooperatives, they have relied on the trust and support of loved ones and fellow farmers. Despite the challenges, they are working towards a more balanced lifestyle that allows them to spend more time with their children, friends, and even take vacations
