Solidarity with OTHERS is a non-governmental organization based in Brussels that is dedicated to defending and promoting human rights in Turkey and beyond. Composed of a team of political exiles from Turkey and European citizens, we work together as founders, employees, and volunteers to support our cause. Our name reflects our unwavering commitment to standing in solidarity with those facing injustice and human rights violations in Turkey, regardless of factors such as race, religion, social status, or political beliefs.

One of our primary goals is to ensure that rights violations in Turkey are not overlooked or unreported. To achieve this, we diligently produce and distribute reports, fact sheets, and newsletters addressing significant human rights issues and developments in Turkey, serving to inform and raise public awareness. Additionally, we actively participate in awareness-raising events like exhibitions, conferences, roundtable discussions, and demonstrations to shine a spotlight on human rights violations and pressure authorities to take action.

We also foster communication with key European institutions, particularly the European Parliament and the European Commission, to strengthen the role of human rights in the Brussels-Ankara relationship.
