SOLILA

Solila is a Groupement de Coopération Sociale et Médico-Sociale (GCSMS) that brings together the institutions of ALAGH and Fondation Saint Charles. Based in France, with services also in Belgium, it promotes cooperation among organizations with shared values and aims. Its mission is to pool organizational resources and expertise to develop new responses to the needs of older people and people with disabilities.

Through its member organizations, Solila supports older adults, including people experiencing age-related loss of autonomy, and helps people with disabilities develop greater independence. Its services span residential and nursing homes, home nursing and support, day and temporary care, respite for caregivers, protected and reinforced accommodation units, inclusive and alternative housing, and supported learning apartments. The group also offers assisted-living residences and central-kitchen meal delivery through Saveurs Maison, with options for people at home or in care facilities.

Solila’s network includes care homes, medical and social support facilities, and community-based services across France and Belgium.
