Solrød Atletik & Motion is a community running club based in Solrød Strand, Denmark, where social connection and the enjoyment of exercising together are central. The club welcomes people of all abilities and paces, helping members find running companions and take part in a friendly group. It offers running and walking sessions throughout the year, except on public holidays, meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at Solrød Sports Centre. Routes are shared through the club’s Facebook page and activities listings.

The club supports members preparing for different distances, from beginner programmes of 0–5 km to half-marathon training. It uses existing programmes, including those from Royal Run and Sparta Løb, and members can ask a coach for help with a half-marathon plan. The club also organises or joins events, including Solrød Rundt and the TV2 Øst Run, and offers free pre-training groups for Royal Run participants. Members can order club clothing through the member page.
