Soma Design

Soma Design Småland creates furniture for public outdoor spaces, with a focus on making shared environments more welcoming for people and better for nature. Its range includes park and city furniture such as benches, sofas, railings and planter units, designed for places including parks, squares and summer streets. Products can form part of coordinated furniture families, and some are made to be combined or moved as needs change.

The BLOMMA collection brings together planters and benches to add greenery, colour and places to pause in communal settings. Through Outdoor Care, Soma also offers solutions intended to make public outdoor spaces more accessible and inclusive for older people, children, wheelchair users and others with different needs. The brand integrates practical details into its designs while maintaining their visual appeal.

Sustainability is part of Soma’s approach. The company has worked with Plockhugget and uses its certification for nature-oriented, continuous-cover forestry, supporting the use of Swedish timber while helping forests remain forests.
