Somalia Network - Making an Impact with Development and Support for Youth Welcome to the Somalia Network, a Finnish umbrella organization for development cooperation and support for young people in Somalia and Finland. Our goal is to promote peace and development in Somalia by engaging the Somali community in Finland. We are dedicated to making a significant impact through our development projects, which also address the root causes of displacement.

In Somalia, we work towards a better future by providing support and resources to the local communities. Additionally, in Finland, we offer various programs and activities to enhance the participation of young people. Join us as a supporting member and help us sustain our work.

We have chosen the camel as our symbol, as it represents resilience and determination. We are pleased to announce the Impact Academy, a program designed for young people aged 16-29. This program offers opportunities for social impact careers and a platform to engage in both international and domestic NGO sectors.

We also strongly condemn racism and the development of a hostile environment. In the upcoming years, we will introduce the Global Friends School Visit Project, aiming to increase vocational school students' understanding of the Horn of Africa, refugee issues, and development challenges. We welcome new members to the Somalia Network, where diverse organizations and individuals find support and guidance for their projects.
