Somatic Studio

Somatic Studio is a women-focused well-being practice based in Kallangur, Queensland, offering an integrative approach to supporting mind, body and spirit. Founded by Dana Savage, a qualified, trauma-informed somatic psychotherapist and energy therapy practitioner, the studio provides a compassionate space for women aged 21 and over to reconnect with themselves, their vitality and their innate wisdom.

Its services include somatic psychotherapy, energy therapy and creative processes, with workshops such as SoulCollage. These body-based and creative approaches are intended to support women as they explore their individual experiences and work toward greater connection and well-being. The studio welcomes clients facing burnout or overwhelm, ongoing stress and anxiety, disconnection, feeling stuck, trauma or PTSD, self-sabotaging patterns, low self-esteem or self-worth, questions around sexuality or gender, and major life transitions. Somatic Studio’s work is centred on meeting each woman with care and supporting her exploration at her own pace. Through breath, movement and connection, it offers an integrative setting for personal reflection and support.
