Soma Yoga NC

Soma Yoga is an intimate, evolving community of practice led by Lexie and Bill, partners in life and in yoga. Drawing on many years of learning, practicing, and teaching, they present yoga as a practical way to cultivate balance and awareness in everyday life. Their approach is grounded and accessible, while making space for the deeper potential of practice: greater presence, steadiness, resilience, connection, and awareness.

Based in the Pittsboro and Chapel Hill area, Soma Yoga offers soulful group classes and workshops in a variety of spaces. Its monthly Himalayan Kriya Yoga journeys provide immersive group practice experiences designed to awaken and refine awareness. For those seeking a more personal path, Lexie and Bill offer one-on-one sādhana, mentoring, and spiritual guidance online or in person. The community also hosts circles, ceremonies, and immersive gatherings, including a Men’s Group and Women’s Circle, creating intentional settings for reflection and integration. Through classes, gatherings, personal guidance, and written reflections, Soma Yoga shares yoga as a lived experience and invites people to explore practice together.
