Som Blavak

Som Blavak provides assistance arranging permanent or temporary residence at a trusted address in Bratislava. The company offers a real mailing address with a mailbox bearing the client’s name, plus online mail tracking and SMS or email notifications when mail arrives. Clients can request forwarding or scanning of their post.

Permanent residence is presented as an option for people seeking a Bratislava address for matters such as healthcare, schools or voting. Temporary residence offers flexibility without changing a person’s permanent residence and is described as suitable for students and people working in the city. The advertised monthly prices are €5.90 for permanent residence and €7.90 for temporary residence.

Som Blavak serves five Bratislava districts: Staré Mesto, Petržalka, Rača, Dúbravka and Ružinov. Its online ordering process involves choosing a service, submitting a form, signing an agreement and receiving confirmation once the address is ready. The company says it prepares the documents, supports clients throughout the process and offers meetings in Bratislava or document delivery by post.
