Somebody Cares Pasco/Hernando is a network of independent, community-based nonprofit agencies working to support local ministries and serve poverty-stricken families and the working poor. Its mission is to unify and empower the Christian community to care for others and help transform Pasco County and the surrounding area. In collaboration with local ministries, the organization helps provide basic necessities and creates opportunities for people and groups to serve their neighbors.

Its outreach includes prayer and fellowship gatherings, community events, an annual egg hunt, a back-to-school outreach, CareFest, and the National Day of Prayer. Somebody Cares Pasco/Hernando also convenes regular meetings for pastors and leaders, offering time for prayer, fellowship, and sharing. Individuals, families, businesses, and churches can contribute through donations, volunteer opportunities, and participation in events. The organization shares information about its outreach, events, volunteer needs, and monthly prayer meetings through its email list. With a focus on connection, service, and expressing the love of Christ, Somebody Cares Pasco/Hernando brings local organizations and community members together to support people in need.
