Somers Eye Center is an ophthalmology and optometry practice serving patients in North Kansas City, Missouri. Located in the Pavilion building at North Kansas City Hospital, the practice provides medical and surgical eye care, with a focus on helping patients maintain the best vision possible. Ophthalmologist Dr. Audrey Blacklock leads the practice, continuing care established by founder Dr. Michael Somers, who retired in 2023. Optometrist Dr. Stephen Loughman, who has more than 30 years of experience in the Kansas City area, joined the team in 2023.
